The Leitmotiv is from a letter by John Wesley about the need to ordain bishops in America after the revolution. The result was the ordination of Francis Asbury (who we have seen in the ads before on 1-December-1993) and Thomas Coke.
2 Peter 2:22 - "Of them the proverbs are true: 'A dog returns to its vomit.' And "A sow that is washed goes back to her wallowing in the mud." (NIV)
The first set of coordinates (Manhattan distance) is very close to the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.
The second set of coordinates is Smithfield Virginia, home of the Smithfield ham and Ham Capital of the World (a reference to the pigs, surely).
The third set of coordinates is for the Almaty airport in Kazakhstan.
Trinity Sunday 2008 will be 18-May-2008. The second Sunday in Advent will be 7-December-2008.

The section of the Code of Federal Regulations cited provides institutions which are exempt from Regulation D (the regulation about how much reserve funds banks must keep on hand). Among those listed are certain credit institutions, the Import Export Bank of the United States, and deposits in foreign-owned banks destined for the home country. Could this have something to do with the bank in Lichtenstein mentioned in the 7-December-2007 page?
Coimbra section seems to be sending in Portugese wine.

The circled numbers are digits of pi:
96567 - 90,886th--90,890th digits of pi after the decimal

The numbers in the third clipping are the results of applying Romberg's method (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romberg%27s_method) to a Gaussian function (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaussian_function). We've seen Gauss before in the ads.
The remaining text is the chorus of "Broken Man's Lament" by Emmylou Harris.

There are three main themes in this ad: salvation through faith, biochemistry, and nuclear bombs.
BWV 199 etc refers to a Bach composition known as "My Heart Swims in Blood" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mein_Herze_schwimmt_im_Blut) about a sinner who finds salvation with God. The Leitmotiv comes from a commentary by Luther on the Letter to the Galatians where he expresses the importance of faith over actions.
Matrix-molecules are molecules that impact the function and structure of tissues. ChannelRhodopsin-2 is a chemical harvested from the Chlamydomonas reinhardtii algae, which is used in the mapping of the neural networks in the brain. Kreuz Bonn-Nord is a road in Bonn near the Life and Medical Sciences Institute Laboratory of Chemical Biology.
The company Magnetfabrik in Bonn produces industrial magnets, presumably to be used in a calutron (a device used to separate isotopes of Uranium for use in atomic bombs or nuclear reactors). The quote by Leona Woods (a female physicist who worked on the Manhattan Project) is in response to the atomic explosion at Bikini Atoll.
Misc: The Latin translates to "consuls that the commonwealth is not harmed" which was the formula used by the Roman Senate in decrees issued during times of crisis granting extraordinary powers to the consuls for a short period of time. The reference to 4/7/2005 could possibly be an indication of an ad we missed. The astronomical map at the bottom shows shows a constellation known as the Scutum Sobieskii, which was named in honor of the Polish king John III who lifted the Turkish siege of Vienna in 1683, a move that turned the tide of the Ottoman march into Europe.

I've been reading Plato's Republic and The Bible for class, and when I came across the word "hireling" in both, I'd pause and think about what that might tell us about the identities of these Hirelings.
In my copy of The Republic (trans. Sterling and Scott 1985) at 347b it says "[The Guardians] do not wish to accept the role of hirelings by contracting to perform public duties in exchange for money." Here, Plato is deriding hack politicians who are only in it to better themselves. To a group such as the Orphanage, who don't seem to be particularly fond of the way society is at the moment, any politician could seem that way. Ergo, it is likely that "Hirelings" here refers to politicians or agents of the Federal Government.
Another passage bearing the word "hireling" is the Book of Job: "Is not man's life on earth a drudgery? Are not his days those of a hireling?" (Job 7:1 (NAB)). A footnote on that page mentions that drudgery could refer to military service. Therefore, the Hirelings opposed to the Orphanage could be members of the military; when you factor in the additional mentions of them as monitoring financial transactions (57e) (20-September-2000), "detect[ing] any traceable movements" of money (59m) (6-December-2000), "inferring our current mode of subliminal channel transmission" with a reference to a cryptography paper (62z) (1-May-2001), etc, it suggests that the Hirelings may work for an intelligence agency (such as the NSA).
Or the name could mean something completely different.

Channel-rhodopsins are proteins that serve as photoreceptors. In experiments conducted on zebra-fish, it has been found that manipulation of zebra-fish neurons with ChR2 can enable researchers to manipulate zebra-fish behavior through the application of “brief pulses of blue light.” (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18682213)
4-ethylguaiacol is a compound formed during alcoholic fermentation that can give a “bacon” flavor to wines. Presence of 4-ethylguaiacol in wine generally indicates that the batch has spoiled.
Rosumovi Univerzalni Roboti are Rossum’s Universal Robots, from a play by the same name by Karel Capek. His play represented the first appearance of the concept of “robot” in English. However, the robots in the story were not mechanical, but biological.
When these clues are taken together with these lines: “the first field tests…have demonstrated…that Pigs guzzling vin rouge of any grade, respond to the empirical exemplars. Their “will”—if they possessed such—is statistically immaterial when pitted against the repetitive imbibition coupled with THE ORPHANAGE’s imaginal archetypes”; suggest that the Orphanage are drugging the Pigs (the police?) and planning to use them to further their own ends.
The horizontal music is Azmon CM, alluded to in the bottom-right quadrant. That tune is used in the song UMH 057 “O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing” by Charles Wesley, who said that every man should sing it on the anniversary of his conversion (http://biographies.texasfasola.org/charleswesley.html). As Jessica Augustsson notes, Zabra could be a misspelling of "sabra," which is both a type of boat or a Jew born in Palestine. In the context of the ad, it could either mean the furnishing of a small boat to transfer something that the Arbella is unable to, or the provision of a bottle of Sabra Chocolate Orange Liqueur as part of a transfer.
The question at the heart of this is: "Is this cap a clue to deciphering 17-January-2001, is it supposed to draw your interest back to that ad for some reason, or is the Orphanage just messing with you?"

The "cancel" he is talking about is the cross-shaped marker-lines on this envelope (http://www.maydaymystery.org/mayday/offsite/delivery05202009/envelope.jpg) from ~20-May-2009 (the one with the bottlecap in it). While the Orphanage would point this out because it follows the cross shape they made with the stamps, it was probably the result of the cancellation machine being broken or something of that nature. Or, they could have a man on the inside at the Post Office.

This email to you references a group called the Zion Rangers "walking through walls." This could be a reference to ADW 1-May-2006, which includes a refernce to the book "Walking Through Walls: A Presentation of Tibetan Meditation" by Anne Carolyn Klein.

To Anne,
I had the same reaction to that map that you did. However, I went to elementary school in Michigan, so I think the U.S. Map pattern must be fairly widespread, at least enough so that a cold-identification of the particular school in question will be all but impossible.
